Very Rare Ashworth Bros. Masons Ironstone Imari Pattern 'Double Landscape' Square Trivet With Bun Feet. Late 19th Century. Incised marks to the reverse. Measures 15.2cm x 15.2cm (6" x 6"). Deep olive ground with earthen red reserves. enhanced with pale peach, tan and green, and full gilt details. Very good overall condition with no chips or cracks. The bun feet are sound and level. The ornate imari decoration and gilt is bright and strong with some slight areas of wear.
