Shipping Policy

At The Wonder Room, we take great care in preparing and dispatching your order. All items are carefully packaged to ensure safe transit, with particular attention given to the fragile and delicate nature of our antique and vintage pieces.

Order Processing Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed before midnight GMT will begin processing the following business day.

Shipping Carrier We ship primarily via Royal Mail, using tracked and insured services appropriate to the destination and item value.

United Kingdom Estimated delivery: 5–7 days from order date Weight-based shipping rates apply at checkout

United States Estimated delivery: 7–19 days from order date Weight-based shipping rates apply at checkout All US orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) via Royal Mail's DDP service. This means all customs duties, import taxes, and tariffs are calculated and paid before your item arrives in the United States. There are no additional charges to pay upon delivery.

Australia & New Zealand Estimated delivery: 7–19 days from order date Weight-based shipping rates apply at checkout

Switzerland Estimated delivery: 7–19 days from order date Weight-based shipping rates apply at checkout

Packaging All items are individually wrapped and packed with care. Fragile antique and vintage pieces are given additional protective packaging to minimise the risk of damage in transit.

Tracking Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update after dispatch.

Customs & Import Duties For orders outside the United States, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be applicable upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping rates. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.

Delays Whilst we make every effort to meet the estimated delivery timeframes above, occasional delays may occur due to customs processing, public holidays, or carrier disruption. These are outside our control and we appreciate your patience in such circumstances.
