Return and Refund Policy

All purchased items may be returned subject to adherence to the following terms;

Please contact us as soon as possible to inform us of your wish to return a purchase.

A purchased item must be returned and arrive at The Wonder Room return address in it's original, undamaged condition. 

The return delivery is at the customer's risk and therefore the customer will ensure the use of sufficient secure and protective packaging materials and dispatch via tracked Royal Mail service only.

The purchase cost of the items will be refunded only. The initial delivery postage & packaging postage costs will not be refunded.

All return postage and packaging costs are at the customer's expense.

Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase for UK orders or for an international purchase a notice of return must be made within 7 days of purchase.
