These are the terms and conditions that form the basis by which we supply products to you.

By using The Wonder Room website you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

We are The Wonder Room, based in Bournemouth on the south coast of the UK.
As such this website and its transactions operate under the jurisdiction off and is subject to UK law.

If we have to contact you we will do so via the email address or postal address you provided to us in your order.

When you make payment for an order through our system, we will send you an email to confirm the purchase. This is our acceptance of your order, at which point a contract will come into existence between us.

If we are unable to accept your order for any reason, we will contact you via email and issue an immediate refund of your payment.

Our products are Antique and Vintage items that by their very nature have 'had a previous life'. They're often rare and sometimes unique. They're genuinely old items and may have signs of wear and damage.

We will always accurately detail the condition and state of items in our descriptions and imagery. Our product images are for the purpose of accurately portraying the actual product for sale. Although we make every effort to illustrate the products directly, colours and specific perception may vary due light conditions and due to the device you are viewing the image on.

We describe our products accurately but please be aware that all product and condition descriptions are opinion based on research and experience. This includes, but is not limited to, the origin, date, age, provenance, condition and selling price. We provide as much detailed information as possible.

Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel an order we are able to accept and refund your payment as long as we receive you instruction before we have begun fulfilment.

Delivery: The costs of delivery will be as displayed to you on our website. We aim to dispatch all goods within 1-3 days in most circumstances or we will contact you with a delivery timescale.

We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control, we will contact you as soon as possible. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.
